Service Delivery Policy

ATDS does not ship any goods. The service is a driver who comes to you and drives your own car. This page explains how that service is delivered. ATDS is operated by Anna Temporary Drivers Services, 12-15-350, Manikeshwar Nagar, near O.U. Campus, Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500007.

1. Where we serve

Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and outstation trips that start from Hyderabad.

2. When

Open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can book a driver for now or schedule one for a later date and time.

3. How a driver is assigned

When you book, ATDS offers the job to verified drivers near your pickup point, and the first available driver is assigned. We send you the driver's name and phone number by message (the ATDS app will also show the driver's photo and rating once it is available).

4. Arrival and start

The driver travels to your pickup point and calls you on arrival. The service is delivered from the moment the trip starts, which happens only after you give the driver the 4-digit start code we sent you.

5. During the trip

The driver drives your car to where you need to go. For local bookings the time starts with the trip; extra time is charged by the hour as shown on the Pricing page.

6. Delays and no driver

If a driver is delayed, we or the driver will call you, and you can call the driver at any time. If no driver can be found, we tell you and cancel the booking at no cost.

7. End of the trip

The driver ends the trip and tells you the final fare, and you pay in cash or online. We send a receipt by message or email (the ATDS app will also show it once it is available).
