Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments work on ATDS. ATDS is operated by Anna Temporary Drivers Services, 12-15-350, Manikeshwar Nagar, near O.U. Campus, Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500007.

1. Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you confirm a booking. The price shown at confirmation is locked for that booking. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

2. Paying for a trip

You pay the fare at the end of the trip, in either of two ways:

• Cash to the driver.
• Online through our payment provider, Razorpay, using a payment link we send you (or the ATDS app once it is available): UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.

3. Where your online payment goes

When you pay a trip fare online, ATDS receives the payment through Razorpay. ATDS keeps its commission of 5% of the driving charges and pays the rest to the driver's verified bank account. The driver's return ticket on outstation trips goes to the driver in full. Your receipt shows the amount you paid.

4. Payments to ATDS

These are paid online to ATDS:

• Cancellation fees (₹200), when they apply.
• Driver subscriptions (₹1,000 per month).
• Commission owed by drivers on trips paid in cash.

5. Payment security

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. ATDS never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

6. Failed or pending payments

If money leaves your account but the payment is not confirmed to you, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference and we will check it.

7. Receipts

We send a receipt for each trip and each online payment by message or email (the ATDS app will also show them once it is available).

8. Taxes

The prices shown are the amounts you pay. If any tax applies in future, it will be shown before you pay.
